1. About these terms

2. Orders and pricing

All products, prices and availability are shown in pounds sterling and may change without notice until an order is accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, or we cannot verify payment.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through approved payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

4. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your order on arrival and contact us promptly if anything is missing or damaged.

5. Returns and cancellations

Unused items in original condition may usually be returned within 30 days of delivery. Some products, such as personalised or hygiene-sensitive items, may be excluded. Return postage may be your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

6. Website use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, copy content without permission, or use the shop for unlawful purposes. All branding, text and images remain the property of Velora or its licensors.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, Velora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
